High res images and a pdf of the report summary are available below the paywall.
The report lists the probable manner of death as suicide, and the probable cause of death as an overdose of combined diphenhydramine and fluoxetine toxicity. Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine more commonly known as benadryl; fluoxetine is an antidepressant more commonly known as Prozac.
A 2019 study on suicide found that,
“Among participants with suicidal thoughts, the strongest predictors of [suicide] attempts were non-suicidal self-harm… illicit drug use, exposure to self-harm, and higher levels of the personality type intellect/openness. Among participants with non-suicidal self-harm at baseline, the strongest predictors were illicit drug use, sleep problems/insufficient sleep, and lower levels of the personality type extraversion.”
