Stoner Witch Music Video

Just before I made the Israel Keyes - Life in Detail documentary, I made something entirely different - we shot a music video for a rock song we made called “Stoner Witch” on a set that I built in the landing of a small home stairwell. We recorded the song in our living room, just us.

I absolutely loved The Love Witch (2016) directed by Anna Biller, and starring Samantha Robinson. The video is inspired by it; the story of a witch who casts a spell to make her love interest love her in return…

The lyrics are more sinister, about a witch who survives drowning, stoning, and burning during the witch burning craze in late medieval europe…

We hope you enjoy this sneak peak of what we were up to just before the Israel Keyes documentary, and at some point we hope to share more music videos with you in addition to all the great true crime content.
